The Q&A clarifies that the City's Master Agreement terms are not subject to negotiation.

Question and Answer:

1. Question: We note that the Master Agreement (MSA) template included in this RFQ has been updated from the 2019 version. As we were able to mutually negotiate contract terms with the City in 2019, will the City confirm that selected vendors reserve the right to negotiate the terms of this updated Master Agreement prior to final execution?

Answer: The terms of the City’s Master Agreement are not subject to negotiation.
