About this file

This document is a detailed cost proposal and task assignment worksheet for Geosyntec Consultants, prepared for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for a contract related to water treatment and environmental services. The document appears to be a comprehensive cost estimate for a project involving water treatment facility guidance, program development, and technical review services, with a specific focus on an Advanced Water Treatment Facility (AWTF) and environmental management tasks.

The contract covers nine distinct tasks with a total project value of $653,971.55, spanning from November 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024 (8 months). Tasks include project initiation, O&M plan template development, technical management framework template, enhanced source control program guidance, best available demonstrated control technology (BADCT) guidance, operator certification program, third-party review services, advanced water treatment program development, and monthly progress reporting. The pricing structure includes direct labor costs across multiple professional levels (ranging from $85 to $294 per hour), subcontractor services from Carollo (with a markup), and provisions for potential additional services. The document includes detailed hourly rate breakdowns, personnel classifications, and specific task assumptions, with flexibility for actual expenditures within an overall not-to-exceed budget.
