Blade without Cuff
Fiberglass blade without cuff. The blade without a cuff is universal and can be configured by the addition of the appropriate cuff to be used in either Row A, B or C.

Fiberglass blade with cuff installed in the compressor. The blade swing is limited by the spacer mounted to each side of the blade.

Fiberglass blade cuff is attached to blade using foaming core splice adhesive with the blade and cuff in an alignment fixture.

Fiberglass blade attachment to rotor disc requires a steel adaptor attached to the disc with the blade pinned to the adaptor to allow the blade to swing.
Blade swing limits transmission of bending moments into the rotor disc.
