SECTION L ATTACHMENTS
ATTACHMENT L-8
CHOICE OF COMPETITION
To Be Completed by Each Offeror
Instructions: Each Offeror must identify how they will compete for this acquisition.
1. The offeror must be a small business under NAICS code 236220, the offeror’s proposal will be evaluated at each competition level that the offeror has selected below.
i. Offerors may choose to be considered ONLY under the small business reserve competition. Small business awardee(s) under this competition level WILL BE subject to perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-14 entitled “Limitations on Subcontracting”.
ii. Offerors may choose to be considered ONLY under the 8(a) reserve competition. Small business awardee(s) under this competition level WILL BE subject to perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-14 entitled “Limitations on Subcontracting”.
iii. Offerors may choose to be considered ONLY under the HUBZone reserve competition Small business awardee(s) under this competition level WILL BE subject to perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-14 entitled “Limitations on Subcontracting”.
iv. Offerors may choose to be considered ONLY under the SDVOSB reserve competition Small business awardee(s) under this competition level WILL BE subject to perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-14 entitled “Limitations on Subcontracting”.
v. Offerors may choose to be considered under any of the competitions levels that they are eligible to compete in.
vi. Contracts will be awarded in the following order: small business reserve competition, 8(a) reserve competition, HUBZone reserve competition, and SDVOSB reserve competition. Once an offeror has been awarded a contract, the offeror drops out of any other competition levels it has selected to compete in.
vii. Task orders will be competed amongst all contract awardees. There will not be any task order set-asides.
viii. An Offeror may only receive one award per region.
