About this file
This document contains a federal contract solicitation and related technical criteria. The Science and Technology for Autonomous Teammates solicitation from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Research Laboratory seeks proposals to develop and demonstrate autonomy technologies to improve Air Force operations through human-machine teaming and autonomous decision-making. Specific areas of interest include multi-domain command and control, manned-unmanned teaming, and information analytics. Offerors must propose modular, transferable, open system architectures and deliver autonomy technologies applicable across multiple domains. Development efforts will mature technologies enabling airmen to plan, command, control, and execute missions with manageable workloads. Accompanying technical criteria provide submission requirements and timelines for contractors to deliver preliminary drafts, updates, and final versions of tailored airworthiness certification criteria related to any autonomous systems developed under the contract.
