Request for Additional Information
The Government is requesting additional information from potential offerors discussing their qualifications regarding the following two areas.
1) A NAICS Determination for this acquisition has been made. NAICS 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, is determined to be the most appropriate for this service acquisition. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $25M. Additionally, the Product Service Code is R412 – Professional Simulation. Based on the above NAICS Code, state whether your company is:

2) The F-15 ATD/MTD program shall meet the following security requirements as specified in Joint Air Force Army and Navy (JAFAN) 6/0, Special Access Program Security Manual; JAFAN 6/3, Protecting Special Access Program Information within Information Systems; JAFAN 6/4, Special Access Program Tier Review Process; and JAFAN 6/9, Physical Security Standards for Special Access Program Facilities.
Please address the following regarding your experience in meeting these new security requirements.
· Do you have the capability of meeting the Special Access Program security requirements?
· What processes do you have in place to meet these new requirements?
· What additional risks does this increased security level impose?
· Can facilities and personnel currently be provided that meet higher security classification requirements?
· Describe past experience dealing with programs with Special Access Program security.
Please submit a 2-3 page overview detailing business size in relation to the Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 541511, as well as capabilities of supporting a program with a higher security classification.
If you submitted an RFI when it was originally requested, we have the responses in our records. If you did not submit an RFI after the initial request, please feel free to do so, although it is not required. Otherwise, submit response addressing the topics above.
