Question Set #6

Cannon AFB, NM

FA8604-19-R-8017 -- ZCN802

RE: Appendix “B” mobile system – 3.2.6 requests contractor to re-use existing rails at the site. Every mobile system mfg’er utilizes a different profile rail with their system.

I will need to know who the existing mfg’er is to comply. Even with that information there is a chance that no other mfg’er could utilize the existing rails – which could make this portion of the project a sole source option.

Revisions were made to Appendix B sections 3.2.6 through 3.2.8 I have now included the option for the contractor to either resue the existing rail system that is installed in the ground, or install a new rail system with elevated flooring. (Appendix B (REV 3)).

Also – RE: Appendix “A” – pallet rack – 3.2.11.5. totes calls out for Simplastic SNT- 225 (19 ½” x 15 ½” x 10”). SNT-225 is actually 23 ½” x 1 ½” x 10”. Please confirm which size is required.

Revised Appendix A section 3.2.11.5 TOTES: SNT -190 model or equivalent.

SNT 190 (19 ½” x 15 ½” x 10”) (Appendix A(REV 1)).
