Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.

PilotsPilots aircraft and serves as Aircraft Commander in accomplishing maintenance test flight acceptance and support missions as prescribed by customer requirements.
Aircraft Maint Spt Engineer SrWill provide subject matter expert support for testing, evaluating, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems. The candidate will work closely with Engineering on new system installation and provide production feedback to enhance or correct design issues on the aircraft. Other duties include; drawing reviews, analysis of aircraft system checkout, and aircraft testing through completion of flight test.

MIXON, CHRISTOPHER D CTR USAF AFMC AFLCMC/SES-I: The Engineering Technician II performs standardized or prescribed assignments involving a sequence of related operations, follows standard work methods on recurring assignments but receives explicit instructions on unfamiliar assignments. Technical adequacy of routine work is reviewed on completion; non-routine work may be reviewed in progress. This technician performs at this level, one or a combination of such typical duties as: a. Following specific instructions, assembles or constructs simple or standard equipment or parts, servicing or repairing simple instruments or equipment b. Conducting a variety of tests using established methods, preparing test specimens, adjusting and operating equipment, recording test data, and pointing out deviations resulting from equipment malfunction or observational errors; c. Extracting engineering data from various prescribed but non-standardized sources, processing the data following well-defined methods including elementary algebra and geometry, and presenting the data in prescribed form. Excluded are: a. Production and maintenance workers, including workers engaged in calibrating, repairing, or maintaining electronic equipment (see Maintenance Electronics Technicians); b. Model Makers and other craft workers; c. Quality Control Technicians and Testers; d. Chemical and other non-engineering laboratory technicians; e. Civil Engineering Technicians and Drafters; Positions (below Level I) which are limited to simple tasks such as: measuring items or regular shapes with a caliper and computing cross- sectional areas; identifying, weighing, and marking easy-to-identify items; or recording simple instrument readings at specified intervals; and engineers required to apply a professional knowledge of engineering theory and principles.

Systems Engineer Sr Stf Acts as the project leader for required automated information systems, communication systems, and software to include concept design, architecture, development, and testing.

MIXON, CHRISTOPHER D CTR USAF AFMC AFLCMC/SES-I: The Senior Systems Engineer shall act as the project leader for required automated information systems, communication systems, and software to include concept design, architecture, development, and testing. The Senior System Engineer shall interact with the technical staff, functional analysts, field sites, and the customer to ensure engineering requirements for developing and enhancing automated information systems, communication systems, and software are satisfied.

This individual shall interact and coordinate directly with the PM for all activities related to the architectural design and development of automated systems. The Senior Systems Engineer must be able to:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to analysts, engineers, programmers, and technical staff Serve as the technical lead for the PM in developing specific architectural capabilities and fielding communications and hardware systems Provide architectural/engineering alternatives, recommendations, and assistance in the development, integration, and installation of automated information system capabilities to designated sites Interface with users to obtain status and recommendations concerning engineering and architectural enhancements to automated and communication systems

Responsible for overall strategy and execution of manufacturing, supervisors, technical leads, manufacturing engineers, manufacturing planners, industrial engineers, production control, quality and inspection for the operations, work group performance to budget and schedule targets, work group conformance to core processes, coordination with manufacturing engineering to provide technical input to employees, staffing line analysis and planning, performing yearly performance assessments and review for salaried employees. Verifies products meet requirements through inspections and tests. Ensures tooling, workplace layouts and staffing are aligned with quality, cost and schedule requirements. Identifies and implements changes to improve quality, schedule and cost. Reinforces a culture that values and embraces Foreign Object Damage prevention. Ensures certification of employees who perform certification required tasks. Provides a safe work environment and takes timely corrective action to correct unsafe conditions.

Multi Func Finance Asc Mgr Manages the SBF Finance team, coordinating work assignments, providing day to day guidance, training and development for financial analysts.

HAYS, SALLY A CTR USAF AFMC AFLCMC/HBGA: Creates development plans and works with the analysts to grow talent and ensure knowledge transfer and continuity within the group. Develops and refines standard processes to create consistency across various programs and analyst. Support the site as focal point for charging and financial issues. Performs complex financial analyses for manufacturing cost pools, internal MFC initiatives, SBF outside contracts and Repair and Depot activities. Generates estimates at completion and monitors contract performance to budget and schedule. Reviews Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions and validates proper cost allocations. Calculates weekly performance metrics and manages production pools. Calculates and updates profile values for focal plane arrays and provides monthly status reports for all SBF Financial Exposure Authorizations. Fast paced environment supporting multiple programs with competing deadlines. Work proactively with multifunctional teams to reduce product cost and improve contract performance.

Multi Func Mfg Planner Sup The employee will be accountable for production parts being fabricated in accordance with internal operating schedule in support of project requirements (i.e. Manufacturing and/or Installation).

HAYS, SALLY A CTR USAF AFMC AFLCMC/HBGA: This position is responsible for the production order issuing, parts kitting and delivery documentation, The employee will be accountable for production parts being fabricated in accordance with internal operating schedule in support of project requirements (i.e. Manufacturing and/or Installation). They will ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, servicing all site programs as needed. Frequent contacts with internal personnel, Program Management, Engineering, Sourcing, and industry peers at various management levels concerning operations of scheduling of specific phases of project or contracts. Must be able to work with minimum upper level management guidance providing day-to-day oversight of tasks needed to accomplish deliverable requirements. Position plays a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward Operational Excellence. Interprets and executes policies and procedures that affect own and other organizational units. Performs other duties as required for the efficient operation of the department or as directed by supervisor. Job requirements: must have a thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts, requires broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair, must have basic knowledge of electrical theory, must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers. This job requires working knowledge of technical publications. Aircraft Painter GL SPI Performs examination of aircraft and components to determine type of metal prior to applying appropriate protective finishes in accordance with technical directives.

Inspects surfaces to be painted visually, to assure that all surface residues have been removed. Mixes, thins and blends all types of aircraft lacquers, enamels and resins to proper spraying consistency and measures chemicals for formulas within one-tenth (1/10) of a gram tolerance. Measures chemicals for formulas within one-tenth (1/10) of a gram tolerance and mixes toxic material in precise proportions, to achieve proper coating specifications. Executes spray application techniques so as to control film thickness to tolerances of .002 inches and in accordance with hazardous materials regulations, material safety data sheets (MSDS), addresses hazardous materials storage and handling and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
