The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Request for Proposal date to April 23, 2019 4:00pm MST.

PART I - THE SCHEDULE

SECTION B

SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS

The purpose of this document is to establish a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the repair of F-16 Data Entry Display (DED) Repairs. Contractor will be required to provide all labor and parts or other materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the effort. Contract will be firm fixed price. Funded delivery orders will be issued and assets provided to the awardee as requirements generate.

In accordance with FAR 52.216-22(b), "Indefinite Quantity", the minimum is defined for each CLIN.

The Government shall have the right to achieve the minimum order by ordering the entire minimum quantity in the initial ordering period. The maximum quantity is estimated for each CLIN as well. The monthly delivery quantities will be negotiated at time of order issuance.

Failure of the Government to purchase such items in the amounts or quantities described in the schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price.

Early delivery of assets on the contract shall be determined acceptable at no additional cost to the Government, on all CLINS stated below.

Offeror's Name ______________________________

Manufacturer's Name _________________________

Source's Name ______________________________

Unless determined to be in the Government's interest, award of this contract shall not be delayed to permit an offeror to submit evidence of qualification.
