GENERAL INFORMATION
The best airport to fly into to reach Hill Air Force Base is the Salt Lake City International Airport.
There are numerous major airlines, which service the airport, and many flights in and out of the city each day. Once you reach the airport, it’s typically a 30-minute drive to the area near Hill Air Force Base. The area you’ll likely want to make overnight accommodations in is the Layton area. It has a number of quality chain hotels and is only about 5-10 minutes away from the base. There are also many restaurants in this area.
