Questions and Answers part 4

FA8224-12-R-0020

1- The inside dimension of a closed trailer is 98" and may not accept the 98" long cart loaded crosswise (best for space utilization).

To minimize shipping costs, can overall length of the cart were reduced by 1"?

The current design allows for 3" of clearance on both ends of the cart when the longest pylon is installed. Reducing the overall length of the cart by up to two inches is acceptable as long as the reduction is uniform around the midline of the cart (an equal amount is removed from both ends). Two inches of clearance on both ends of the pylon cart is sufficient and will maintain functionality and use.
