APPENDIX S: FA8106-16-R-0012
Process for Computerized Maintenance Program (CMP) Access
This document outlines the process for bidders on the C-20/C-37 Contractor Logistics Support
(CLS) solicitation to obtain access to CMP records of the Government’s C-20/C-37 aircraft.
OVERVIEW –
Three Government Points of Contact (POC), listed in the U.S. Government POC section below, can authorize Gulfstream’s Business Office to provide limited data access to bidders that are participating in the C-20/C-37 CLS contract solicitation. This password protected access will allow the individuals “READ-ONLY” access to the online manuals and CMP records that are currently subscribed to on the U.S. Government’s C20/C37 account. Due to Gulfstream’s software access path, the individuals will have to be granted access to MyGulfstream.com, which then allows them to access Gulfstream’s CMP portal. Bidder’s access within CMP will be limited to the US government aircraft serial numbers listed at the end of Attachment 1.
PROCESS -
Each person requesting access will need to fill out Attachment 1 titled “Information
Required for CMP Access” and submit the attachment via email to the Government
POC’s outlined below. The required information in the attachment consists of the following:
o The full name, phone number and email address of the individual(s) o A statement that the individual is a U.S. citizen or a green card holder o A statement that the US Government is authorizing temporary “read only” access to their aircraft’s records o A chart of aircraft serial numbers
After the Government POC submits the request for access the Gulfstream Business
Office will reach out to each individual to direct them to register for a MyGulfstream user ID. (**Please note that this is not always a quick process and can take up to 2 business days to complete**)
The individual will then be approved under the U.S. Government’s C20/C37 account.
Once the MyGulfstream user ID is approved and the CMP access is granted, an email will be sent to both the Government requestor and the individual granted access.
Gulfstream will not provide any training, interpretation, other data or assistance to these individual(s).
The access will be password protected and assigned to the individual(s) listed on the government’s request.
For closure, the authorized Government representative will be responsible to notify
Gulfstream’s Business Office when the access is to be removed. Without this notice, these individual(s) will continue to have access.
Gulfstream’s employees involved with granting access have been fully briefed on the firewalling of this activity from all Gulfstream employees participating within
