Prescriptions 1). The Contractor management, supervision and worker equivelents shall perform the function identified in the mandatory sections. Additionally, some functions normally performed or called out as a Wing functions shall be performed by the Contractor, but only at the level to support Aerial Targets. Throughout this document, replace/substitute the following: ""MXG/CC" with "Director of Maintenance (DOM)"; "MOO/Superintendent/Supervisor/etc.." with Contractor Supervision"; "Wing" with "Contractor" or "Aerial Targets" as appropriate; "AFSC XXXX" with "Contractor Equivelant"

2). This compliance matrix incorporates AFI 21-101 and CAF Supplement 1

3). Any reference to a publication is meant to include the basic and all of it's supplements (including base supplements when identified in this document).

4). Implement mandatory references without deviation, and only be guided by those publications coded advisory to the extent necessary to accomplish requirements in the PWS.

5) Where the AFI 21-101,and the CAF Supplement compliance matrix paragraph or sub-paragraphs are not listed the contractor shall assume there is no requirement to comply.

6). All references to Maintenance Supply Liaison (MSL) are N/A
