SUBJECT: Request for Present and Past Performance Information, Solicitation No. FA4861-16-R-B002
1. Air Force Combat Command, 6th Combat Training Squadron is in the process of selecting contractors for award of a Joint Terminal Attack Control Contract Close Air Support Training (JTAC CCAS Training) contract for the period of 12 months for the base year, plus one (1) 12 month ordering period.
2. One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the offeror’s Present and Past Performance on contracts, which reflects the offeror's ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information received from agencies such as yours, which have had firsthand experience with an offeror, for the evaluation of the offeror's performance on those contracts.
3. Our areas of interest in the offeror are summarized in the attached questionnaire, which we have requested be forwarded by the offeror to his customers. Please fill out and return this questionnaire to the respective offeror for submission with their proposal.
4. Your assistance is greatly appreciated, and your prompt response will be one of the keys to the successful and timely completion of this award process.
