Jacks shall be arranged and labeled according to their location in a room. They shall be arranged clockwise in ascending order around the room while standing in the doorway looking into the room. Floor jack number arrangement should work in clockwise order, looking out the TR doorway. The 27 SOCS labeling scheme adheres to the requirements outlined in the TIA/EIA 606 telecommunication standard.
