The Performance Work Statement (PWS) calls for 10-yard dumpsters, with a minimum size of 6 cubic yards and a maximum of 10 cubic yards. The previous contract used 6 cubic yard dumpsters, which was adequate. The dump cycle can be modified from 10 days to 7 days, to allow for a weekly dump schedule. Early servicing of dumpsters the day prior to the scheduled day is acceptable. The previous contracts for this requirement were awarded to Circle Sanitation, Inc. for $309,960 and $319,800, respectively. The exact number of dumpsters needed at each of the 15 MAF locations is one.
