About this file
This document is an exhibit detailing user roles and permissions for an electronic scheduling system required under the Remote Health Readiness Program-4 (RHRP-4) contract. The system defines three hierarchical user roles: Viewer, Scheduler, and Approver, each with increasing levels of permissions and capabilities.
The Viewer role has basic viewing access to appointment, scheduling information, and readiness data. Schedulers have additional capabilities to schedule, modify, and cancel appointments for themselves and designated personnel, with group event scheduling requiring Approver permission. Approvers have the highest level of access, including all Viewer and Scheduler permissions plus the ability to schedule group events, approve scheduling requests for Service Components, approve/revoke user access requests, modify user privileges, and manage medical readiness records. Specific capabilities are detailed in a comprehensive matrix, showing which roles can perform functions such as viewing upcoming services, receiving appointment confirmations and reminders, accessing Theater-specific immunization lists, and creating custom medical readiness data reports.
