About this file

This is a Price Schedule exhibit for third-party instructional services for academic interventions in Florida. The document establishes the pricing structure for instructional services to be delivered by the vendor to support student academic needs through direct instruction, planning, and assessment activities.

The price schedule requires vendors to submit a single instructional hourly rate that must be all-inclusive of direct service time with students, lesson planning and preparation, student and staff materials, teacher classroom supplies, curriculum resources, technology, progress reporting, assessment administration, meetings with the public school principal, parent conferences, and required ongoing professional development for the firm's staff. The district explicitly states it will not reimburse vendors for additional materials or services beyond those encompassed in the quoted hourly rate, making this a comprehensive, fixed-rate compensation model for all instructional and support activities necessary to deliver academic intervention services.
