Coverage includes numerous sub-limits across categories such as business interruption ($24,000,000), equipment breakdown ($500,000,000), flood ($100,000,000 annual aggregate), debris removal ($25,000,000 or 25% of loss), and educational-specific endorsements such as students and teachers personal property ($1,000,000 with a $10,000 per person limit). The policy operates on a blanket and agreed amount basis with no coinsurance clause penalty, and replacement cost applies to all property including computers and inland marine floaters, whether or not buildings are rebuilt on the original site. The policy term runs from November 1, 2025 through November 1, 2026, covering the United States, District of Columbia, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, with deductibles varying by coverage type ranging from $10,000 for mobile equipment to $250,000 minimum for wind/hail/convective storm losses.

The Cyber Insurance section provides a primary cyber liability limit of $5,000,000 with a $100,000 retention, full prior acts coverage, and optional excess cyber liability layers of 5x5 and 5x10 configurations. The proposer is invited to recommend changes to limits and deductibles based on professional judgment, and a separate policy may be written if pricing and deductibles prove beneficial to the district.
