About this file
This is a packaging requirements exhibit for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). The document establishes mandatory packaging specifications for all material deliveries to the organization. All items must be palletized to precise dimensions of 46 inches wide by 46 inches in length by 42 inches in height. Deliveries that exceed this footprint will be rejected and must be redelivered in compliance with the specified dimensions, or the vendor must re-palletize shipments using MTA-provided pallets at the time of delivery. Each pallet must include an individual packing slip displaying the Purchase Order number, and the P.O. number(s) must also be listed on the bill of lading. One packing slip is required per Purchase Order, and multiple purchase orders cannot be consolidated on a single packing slip.
No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or other financial details are addressed in this exhibit, as it focuses exclusively on physical packaging and labeling requirements for vendor compliance.
