CCC reserves broad termination rights for convenience, default, bankruptcy, conflict of interest, or suspension/debarment, with contractors entitled to equitable compensation only for work completed prior to termination. The contract is governed by Arizona law and the personal jurisdiction of United States District Court for the District of Arizona or Coconino County courts.
