1. For each snowfall, the Contractor shall begin sidewalk snow clearing operations at a trace of snow accumulation and shall proceed with continuous snow clearing until the snowfall has ceased. Contractor shall be responsibility for determining when snow accumulation has occurred.
2. Contractor shall clear all snow from Sidewalk Areas and place snow in windrows along the back of the curb.
3. Contractor shall perform sidewalk clearing operations along secondary streets (side streets) at the same time sidewalks along primary streets are cleared.

2. For snowfall events where the City does not declare a Snow Emergency, the forecasted time of snow cessation as published solely at https://tinyurl.com/MSPsnow as of 2:00PM (1400) C.S.T. on the day of the snow event shall determine when the Contractor shall complete snow hauling operations. For the purposes of this provision, only the forecast information displayed in the row labeled “Snow” in the table on the referenced webpage shall be utilized. Forecast information displayed in the rows labeled “Precipitation Potential”, “Freezing Rain”, and “Sleet” shall be ignored. A dash symbol in the table indicates no snow is forecast during that hourly period. 6. Contractor shall ensure snow storage piles do not block vehicular access to and from all driveways (alleys and parking ramp entrances and exits), and both pedestrian and vehicular visibility of vehicles in all lanes of traffic, and conform to all City of Minneapolis restrictions.
