About this file
This file is a user guide for the City of Minneapolis eSupplier platform, which serves as the procurement and vendor management system for bidders and suppliers engaging with the city. The document provides step-by-step instructions for accessing and navigating the eSupplier system, including sign-in procedures, homepage navigation, account management, and password management. The guide is structured as a reference document to assist users in registering, updating business information, and managing their supplier profiles within the city's procurement ecosystem.
The eSupplier platform enables bidders and suppliers to review and update their business profiles, add or update service and goods categories, and receive notifications about applicable contracting opportunities. Users can categorize their businesses within five primary areas: Professional and Technical Services, Construction Services, Other Services, Goods and Supplies, and Items for Rent. The system requires users to maintain active passwords and provides account access through a secure supplier homepage specific to each business entity. The document does not contain pricing information, set-asides, funding amounts, contract terms, or specific opportunity details, as it functions solely as a technical navigation guide for the procurement platform.
