About this file
This is an instructional guide document from the City of Minneapolis describing procedures for suppliers to bid on public contracting events through the eSupplier platform. The document provides step-by-step instructions for accessing bidding opportunities, reviewing event details, and submitting bids. Suppliers can view both invited events and public events through the platform. Before submitting bids, suppliers must review all event-related documents, which may include required forms that must be completed and attached to the bid submission. The bidding process requires suppliers to respond to any event-specific questions, upload required files, enter a unit bid price, and submit their bid through the designated submission button.
The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract award dates. This is a procedural guide intended to familiarize suppliers with the mechanics of the eSupplier bidding system rather than a specific contract opportunity solicitation. Suppliers are advised to carefully review all bid package documents prior to submission, as some documents may appear duplicated if an event is both public and by invitation.
