About this file
This file is a procedural guide for the City of Minneapolis eSupplier system that instructs potential bidders on how to submit bids for public contracting opportunities. The document provides step-by-step instructions for suppliers to navigate the eSupplier platform, including how to access the public events tab, review event details, download bid packages and associated documents, and submit formal bids. The guide emphasizes that bidders must review all event-related documents before submitting proposals, as some documents may require completion and attachment to the bid submission. The instructions outline the bidding process from initial sign-in through final submission, including responding to required questions, uploading supporting files, entering bid prices, and confirming submission.
The document does not address pricing terms, set asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or contract award details, as it serves solely as an instructional manual for using the eSupplier bidding platform. The guide indicates that bid confirmations are provided both on-screen and via email to bidders. No specific contract opportunity details, response deadlines, or award information are included in this procedural document.
