About this file

This document is a user guide for the City of Minneapolis eSupplier procurement system, specifically providing instructions for suppliers on how to bid on public events posted through the platform. The guide walks suppliers through accessing the eSupplier system, navigating to available bidding opportunities, reviewing bid packages and associated documents, and submitting bids. Suppliers are directed to access the public eSupplier home page, sign in to the Supplier Secure Home Page, and navigate to either the Invited Events tab or Public Events tab to view available opportunities. Before submitting a bid, suppliers must review all event-related documents available in the bid package, which may include forms or attachments required for submission. The bidding process requires suppliers to respond to any event-related questions, upload required files and supporting documentation, enter a unit bid price, and submit the bid through the system, after which a confirmation screen and email are provided.

The guide does not address specific pricing terms, contract award dates, contract duration, renewal options, or funding sources, as it serves solely as a procedural manual for using the eSupplier platform. Suppliers should note that required fields are marked with red stars, and the system allows for the submission of multiple file attachments and comments to support bid submissions. No set-asides, incumbent information, or other salient contract terms are discussed in this instructional document.
