Respondents must designate points of contact for both the response submission and contract administration. The successful respondent must maintain notification obligations throughout the contract term, including reporting substantial changes in financial condition within ten days, ownership or control changes within thirty days, and any pending litigation or adverse actions within thirty days. The form includes provisions for respondents to claim Texas business preferences, including those for service-disabled veterans, Texas-produced goods and services, agricultural products, recycled materials, energy-efficient products, and other designated preference categories established under state statute.
