About this file

This is a Cost Worksheet Appendix for an RFP issued by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) for De-Escalation Training for Texas Library Staff (RFP #306-26-0151). Respondents must provide firm, fixed pricing for four main deliverables: one recorded in-person introductory de-escalation workshop, two online introductory de-escalation workshops, and twelve in-person advanced de-escalation workshops. Travel costs must be all-inclusive for in-person workshops, and respondents may propose fixed costs for each workshop based on locations specified in the solicitation, though TSLAC reserves the right to update locations as needed. The worksheet also allows respondents to list other fees with justification and additional products or services that would benefit the agency. Renewal pricing will be requested at least 30 days prior to the start of each renewal term and may be subject to negotiation.

Payment terms follow the schedule specified in Section II, Subsection 10 of the solicitation; however, respondents may propose alternative payment schedules if they offer a discount or provide written justification. If no justification is provided, the contract will default to the agency's specified payment schedule. The worksheet includes provisions for early payment discounts with terms of Net 15, though such discounts may not be evaluated as part of the award determination. Respondents should provide detailed justification for any deviations from the standard payment terms or fee structure to support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with the state's interest in obtaining the best value.
