About this file

This document is a Documented Quote (DQ-2025-059-LB) from a university, specifically focused on Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Battery and Capacitor Replacement and Maintenance Services across multiple campus buildings. The quote covers comprehensive services for various UPS systems ranging from 15 kVA to 225 kVA located in buildings including the Computer Science Building, Engineering Building, NRRC Buildings, Parking Garage, Scott-Bioengineering, and University Service Center. The document outlines detailed pricing sections for battery and capacitor replacements and maintenance services, with quantities listed for evaluation purposes and no guaranteed purchase quantity under the resulting contract.

The pricing sheet requires vendors to provide specific line-item pricing for each UPS system and location, with mandatory questions addressing vendor experience, technician availability, invoicing preferences, and emergency response capabilities. Additional requirements include being an authorized equipment reseller, potential financial statement submission, willingness to provide a 24-hour emergency contact who can respond within 30 minutes and be on-site within 4 hours, and confirmation of compliance with specifications. The document is structured to allow vendors to specify their hourly rates, years of experience in UPS battery/capacitor replacement and maintenance services, and their ability to meet the university's specific technical and service requirements.
