About this file
This document is a Price Sheet for a Documented Quote (DQ-2025-059-LB) issued by Colorado State University for Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance and Repair Services. The solicitation seeks firm pricing for UPS maintenance, battery and capacitor replacement across multiple campus locations, including the Computer Science Building, Engineering Building, NRRC Buildings, Parking Garage, and other university facilities. The contract will be a multi-year agreement covering maintenance services for various UPS systems ranging from 15 kVA to 225 kVA, with pricing requested for both battery/capacitor replacements and ongoing maintenance services.
The price sheet requires vendors to provide detailed pricing for specific UPS system maintenance at different campus locations, with sections for battery/capacitor replacement and maintenance services. Vendors must respond to mandatory questions including their experience, technician availability, invoicing capabilities, and equipment authorization. Additional requirements include providing a 24-hour emergency contact, willingness to submit multiple invoices per work order, and potential financial statement submission. The document indicates that quantities listed are for evaluation purposes only, with no guaranteed purchase quantity, and seeks a vendor capable of providing comprehensive UPS maintenance and repair services across multiple university buildings and system configurations.
