● Incorporation of GSA activities, including occupant relocations and the location, layout and systems integration of GSA-installed modular workstation furniture.

GSA will review each submission for compliance with all Contract Documents. The purpose is to ensure that the design is responsive to the GSA program goals, objectives and priorities and to establish that functional, aesthetic and spatial requirements of the project are satisfied. Interests of local community groups and other external stakeholders are considered and accommodated to the extent possible.

Design reviews by the Government are not to be interpreted as resulting in an approval of the DB Contractor's apparent progress toward meeting contract requirements but are intended to discover any information which can be brought to the DB Contractor's attention which might prevent costly errors and misdirection. The DB Contractor shall remain completely responsible for confirming all existing conditions.

3.2.2.3 In-Progress CD (65% Complete Design) Submissions
