About this file
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) document issued by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Water Resources Center, solicits proposals for Observation Well Pumping services. The project involves performing well pumping activities and aquifer testing on 6 of the state's 150 groundwater observation wells to determine each well's efficiency through pumping tests. Results will be analyzed to assess whether more intrusive rehabilitation is required, and well and aquifer characteristics will be recorded and compared with future test results. The solicitation includes two primary lines: shallow well aquifer testing and preparation of an aquifer testing report. The bid opening date is June 9, 2026 at 4:30 PM Central Time, with proposals due by June 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time. No pre-bid conference, site tour, or tour contact information is provided in the current solicitation. The contract will be structured as a Blanket Purchase Agreement with immediate payment terms.
The solicitation category is classified under 71112005 - Well Flow Measurement Services, and bidders are permitted to submit alternate lines for both solicitation lines. Pricing precision is specified to two decimal places, with FOB shipping terms and payment in US Dollars (USD). The document does not specify the estimated quantities, contract amount, minimum release amounts, or the agreement start and end dates in the sections provided. Gustin Barnes serves as the procurement buyer and can be contacted at Gus.Barnes@dnr.mo.gov for additional questions regarding the bid opportunity.
