Trailer (COLT) Platforms, Product Questionnaire (PQ)

The Department of Justice (DoJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Facilities Acquisition Unit-Huntsville (FAU-H) is in the process of selecting a contractor for award of a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for the build and delivery of two (2) Mobile Communications on Light Trailer (COLT) Platforms. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, parts, incidentals, and other services necessary to build and deliver two (2) mobile COLT platforms consisting of two (2) American made 6.7L power turbo diesel service trucks with towing packages and two (2) 100’ antenna tower and equipment enclosure trailers.

One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the Offerors' past and present experience on contracts, which reflect the offeror's ability to build and delivery the end item. We depend on information received from agencies such as yours, which have had first-hand experience with an Offeror, for the evaluation of the Offeror's experience on those contracts.

To assist you in preparing your response and expediting your reply, the questionnaire may be filled out by hand and e-mailed directly to me at arussell2@fbi.gov and Debra Keelling, Contract Specialist, Contractor via email at dkeeling@fbi.gov.

Please call Debra at (256) 213-2848 prior to transmission or if you have any questions. Your completed questionnaire will become a part of the official source selection records.

Your help is greatly appreciated and your prompt response will be one of the keys to the successful and timely completion of this source selection.
