Offeror Response:
The pricing proposed in the Pricing Document was carefully derived by assigning staff to classifications based on their experience and education, ensuring that the most qualified individuals are aligned with the project needs. Rates are determined based on these classifications and are reviewed with consideration for the length of the contract. To account for the anticipated changes in costs over time, we incorporate estimated inflation per year into the rates, ensuring that the pricing remains fair and consistent throughout the duration of the contract. This approach allows for transparency and predictability while maintaining flexibility to address long-term project demands.
