Wilson is a dedicated Environmental Planner with a strong background in GIS, ecology, and sustainability, contributing to Watearth’s projects through environmental permitting, field data interpretation, and site inspections. Wilson’s expertise in GIS is particularly valuable, as it allows for the creation of clear, detailed exhibits that are essential for both internal team coordination and external stakeholder communication.

Wilson has a multidisciplinary approach to environmental planning, drawing on a deep understanding of hydrology, geography, and wildlife ecology. This broad knowledge base is applied in the interpretation of fieldwork data, which Wilson translates into practical, big-picture insights that guide project planning and decision-making. Wilson’s role often involves organizing and presenting GIS data in a way that is both accessible and informative, ensuring that complex environmental data is easily understood by all project stakeholders.

In addition to GIS work, Wilson has significant experience in environmental assessments, where the ability to synthesize field data into comprehensive reports is critical. Wilson’s contributions have been instrumental in securing permits and ensuring regulatory compliance on a variety of environmental projects. This combination of technical expertise, field experience, and strong communication skills positions Wilson as a vital member of any team requiring environmental planning, GIS analysis, and sustainability-focused project management.

Wilson has played a vital role in environmental planning and compliance across multiple projects. In the City of Hemet Water Distribution System Analysis, Wilson supported the environmental documentation and GIS mapping efforts, contributing to the accuracy and clarity of the project’s deliverables (Scope 5, 16, 18). In the City of Chino Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) Program, Wilson facilitated environmental assessments and supported the development of water quality compliance reports, contributing to the project’s overall success (Scope 2, 7, 8, 11, 15, 19). Wilson also worked on the Los Angeles County Public Works Adventure Park Runoff and Stormwater Capture Regional Water Quality Project, where responsibilities included environmental permitting and GIS analysis to support system evaluations and water quality management (Scope 2, 4, 12, 14, 18, 19). Additionally, in the Suburban Water, Stage Road New Water Supply Well CEQA IS project, Wilson was instrumental in conducting environmental assessments and ensuring compliance with water quality regulations (Scope 12, 20, 19).
