About this file
The document is an award letter from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to 120Water Audit, Inc., notifying the company of the selection and award of Contract No. CTR065767 for Lead Service Line Identification and Inventory Services through Solicitation No. BPM004287. The contract involves a statewide service for asbestos, lead, and mold consultant and abatement services, with 120Water located in Zionsville, Indiana, being selected as the contractor.
The contract becomes effective on May 25, 2023, with an initial term beginning June 1, 2023. While 120Water is authorized to use its database in performing services, the state retains discretion in selecting databases for individual projects. The award was based on an evaluation of the company's offer according to the solicitation's criteria, and 120Water is required to provide a valid certificate of insurance meeting specific scope and limit requirements. The procurement file is available for public viewing through the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), and the contract does not obligate the state to mandatory usage of 120Water's services.
