About this file
Amendment No. 14 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC863
This is Amendment No. 14 to an Agency Term Contract (ATC) between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. The original contract, executed on February 17, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the South Region of Florida. This amendment modifies only the rate schedule and does not add, delete, or otherwise modify any line items contained in the original contract.
The amendment implements a rate increase to the contractor's Rate Schedule (Attachment D), updating it from Version 3.4 to Version 3.5, effective for all new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of June 10, 2024. The rate increases, which do not exceed the maximum 5% allowed under contract provision 11.B.ii, apply to approximately 240 pay items covering drilling and boring services, well installation, soil and water sampling and analysis, site remediation systems, professional services, and related environmental restoration work. The increases range from approximately 3.85% to 5.00%, with the majority of line items receiving the full 5% increase. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments and previously offered work assignments continue to apply the prior rate schedule. The contractor submitted detailed justification for the increases, which the Department reviewed and approved. No contract amount or option period information is specified in this amendment.
