About this file
This document is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC863 between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. The amendment extends the existing contract for a six-month period beginning February 14, 2024, and ending August 14, 2024. The original contract was effective February 17, 2014, and governs petroleum contamination site response action services provided by the contractor to the state agency.
The amendment modifies the contract term provisions to establish August 14, 2024, as the deadline for issuing or executing new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments. However, the contract remains in effect for up to twelve months following the extended term to allow completion of any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued or executed during the renewal or extended term period. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, with this amendment taking precedence over any conflicting provisions. The contract was signed on January 24, 2024, by Eric Sager, Sr. Principal for Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., and Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
