About this file
This is Amendment No. 17 to Agency Term Contract No. GC854 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) and Environmental Risk Management, LLC, DBA ERMI (Contractor). The contract addresses petroleum contamination site response action services and became effective February 21, 2014. The amendment was signed by Barry Murphree, Senior Vice President of ERMI, on July 24, 2024, and by Jessica Kramer, Secretary or Designee for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection on August 2, 2024.
The amendment extends the contract for a six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and continuing through February 14, 2025, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. No new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued after the contract term expires; however, the contract shall remain in effect for up to twelve months following the extended term to allow completion of any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued or executed during the renewal or extended term. The contractor attests under penalty of perjury that no commodities or services are produced by forced labor and acknowledges that the Department may terminate the contract should the contractor be placed on the force labor vendor list pursuant to Florida Statute 287.1346. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with amendment provisions controlling in cases of inconsistency.
