About this file
This document is Amendment No. 15 to Agency Term Contract No. GC854, a petroleum restoration program contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) and Environmental Risk Management, LLC, DBA ERMI (Contractor). The contract was originally executed on February 21, 2014, and this amendment was signed on February 1, 2024, by Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and a representative of ERMI.
The amendment extends the contract for a six-month period beginning February 14, 2024, and ending August 14, 2024, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
