About this file
Document Summary
This is Amendment No. 14 to Agency Term Contract No. GC741 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and GHD Services, Inc., executed on May 9, 2024. The amendment modifies the Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.4) for petroleum contamination site response action services provided in the Central Region of Florida. The amendment was processed by the Department on June 10, 2024, with an effective Rate Change Date for new work assignments.
The amendment implements a rate increase across all pay items in the contract, with increases ranging from approximately 3.70% to 5.00%, not exceeding the maximum 5% increase authorized under contract provision 11.B.ii. The rate changes apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date; all pre-existing work assignments continue under prior rates. The contractor submitted detailed justification for the increases, which the Department reviewed and approved. The Rate Schedule encompasses over 450 line items covering services including site reconnaissance, drilling and boring, well installation, soil and water sampling and analysis, remediation system installation and operations, professional services, and reporting. The new rates become effective upon the Department's data entry and processing, with the Department providing the contractor written notice of the effective Rate Change Date within five business days of data entry.
