This is Amendment No. 1 to DEP Contract No. GC741, effective February 19, 2014, between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the contractor. The amendment reflects a corporate name change resulting from a merger, whereby the original contractor, Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Inc., has been renamed to GHD Services, Inc. The contractor maintains all rights, duties, liabilities, and responsibilities under the original contract. The contract is administered by the FDEP's Petroleum Restoration Program, with departmental offices located in Tallahassee, Florida, and contractor management headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

The amendment does not substantively modify the goods, services, pricing terms, or conditions of the original contract; rather, it formally updates the contractor's legal entity name and associated contact information. The contract remains in full force and effect with all original terms, attachments, and conditions maintained. The amendment was executed on July 22, 2015, by authorized representatives from both the FDEP and GHD Services, Inc., and was approved as to form and legality by FDEP's legal counsel.
