Amendment No. 10 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC741
This is Amendment No. 10 to an Agency Term Contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and GHD Services, Inc. The original contract, executed on February 19, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in Florida's Central Region. This amendment, effective May 25, 2022, modifies only the rate schedule and does not add, delete, or otherwise modify any line items contained in the original contract.
The amendment implements rate increases to approximately 180 pay items across the contractor's service offerings, with rate changes ranging from approximately 5.00% to 15.00%. The new rates, detailed in Attachment D Rate Schedule Version 3.2 (27 pages), apply to all new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of May 25, 2022, while all pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue under the previous rate schedule. Services covered include mobilization and field activities, drilling and boring operations, well installation and abandonment, sample collection and laboratory analysis, soil source removal, debris and waste disposal, resurfacing, remedial action construction, equipment use and operations and maintenance, professional reports, and personnel services. The Agreed New Rates represent the maximum rates authorized for payment, with the Department providing the contractor a copy of the tabulated rate changes within five business days from the data entry date.
