This document is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC/41 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and GHD Services, Inc. The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services and was originally effective February 19, 2014. This amendment extends the contract for an additional six-month period beginning February 14, 2024, and terminating August 14, 2024.

The amendment modifies the contract's term provisions to prohibit the issuance of new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments after August 14, 2024. However, the restated contract remains in effect for up to twelve months following the extended term to allow completion of any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term period. All other existing terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with the provisions of this amendment superseding any inconsistent language in the underlying contract. The amendment was executed by GHD Services, Inc. on January 23, 2024, and by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection on the date indicated in the signature block.
