About this file
This document is Amendment No. 2 to the Cloud Solutions Alternate Contract Source No. 43230000-NASPO-16-ACS, an agreement between the State of Florida's Department of Management Services and SHI International Corp. The amendment is part of a participating addendum under the NASPO (National Association of State Procurement Officials) ValuePoint Cloud Solutions contract, involving modifications to the original contract's terms.
The amendment primarily extends the contract's term, establishing a new end date of September 15, 2026, unless terminated earlier according to the General Contract Conditions. While specific pricing details are not explicitly outlined in this amendment, it appears to be a cloud solutions contract that allows the State of Florida to procure cloud-related services and technologies through SHI International Corp. The amendment maintains the original contract's core terms and conditions, with the primary change being the extended contract duration, which provides the state with continued access to cloud solutions through this alternate contract source.
