About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, applicable to the NNCC Gym Floor Refurbishment contract opportunity with the Nevada Department of Corrections. The form serves as a prerequisite certification document for vendors bidding on this state contract involving gym floor resurfacing and repair services at the athletics building.
The certification requires the undersigned vendor to attest that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence government officials in connection with the contract award. If non-federal funds have been or will be used for lobbying purposes, the vendor must complete and submit Standard Form-LLL, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities. Vendors must also ensure this certification language is included in all subcontract award documents and require subrecipients to certify and disclose accordingly. Failure to file the required certification subjects the vendor to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per violation. The form requires completion with the solicitation number, vendor name, authorized signer name, signature, and date before submission as part of the bidding process.
