About this file

This document is a North Dakota State Contract Summary for a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, featuring Intergraph Corporation (through Hexagon Corp) as the primary vendor. The contract is established under North Dakota Century Code and enables cooperative purchasing for North Dakota State Colleges and Universities, K-12 schools, city, county, local governments, and nonprofit organizations established on behalf of public entities. The contract is managed by the Department of Emergency Services (State Radio) and requires an IT review through the NDIT Service Portal for most purchasing entities.

The contract covers a turnkey Computer Aided Dispatch System, including project management, travel, shipping, business analysis, system design, equipment installation, testing, training, and maintenance services. Purchasing agencies must contact Intergraph's sales representatives to obtain a quote, complete an "Agency Task Order", and receive a task order number. The contract includes specific provisions for task order cancellation and acknowledges tax exemption status (state sales tax exemption number E-2001 and federal tax-free transaction number 45-70-0010K). Pricing and specific system configurations will be determined through direct consultation with the vendor and the Director of State Radio.
