About this file
The document is a California Civil Rights Laws Attachment required for state contracts over $100,000. It certifies the contractor's compliance with the Unruh Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act for contracts executed or renewed after January 1, 2017. It also requires certification that the contractor does not have any internal policies against sovereign nations or peoples recognized by the U.S. government that would violate these civil rights laws.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for Certified Electronic Reporter and Transcriber (CERT) services for the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) and Peace Officer Standards and Accountability Board (POSAAB) meetings for a 12-month period from July 2024 to June 2025.
