About this file

This document is an Itemized Service Budget for Southwest Human Development Incorporated, detailing a contract period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The budget appears to be associated with a state-level contract, specifically involving Arizona, and outlines comprehensive financial details for a program focused on positive behavior supports and expulsion prevention services.

The contract budget totals $1,660,056, broken down into four primary cost categories: Personnel ($1,425,060), Travel ($32,420), Operational Costs ($32,692), and Indirect Costs ($169,884). The personnel section includes 16 staff positions across roles such as Coaches, Program Managers, Training Consultants, Resource Consultants, and Mental Health Consultants, with full-time and partial-time appointments. Key program components include Inclusion Services, Smart Support, and AZ Steps, with staff allocated at varying percentages of full-time equivalent (FTE). The budget applies a 26% fringe benefit rate and uses an 11.4% indirect cost rate, slightly below the federally approved 12.9% rate. Travel expenses cover hotel stays, meals, mileage, vehicle rentals, and professional development-related costs, while operational expenses include technology, supplies, training, and occupancy costs.
