About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment No. 1 issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's General Services Division for Solicitation No. BPM007155, focusing on Security Materials. The amendment is addressed to all prospective offerors and dated October 3, 2025, with the agency located in Phoenix, Arizona.
The amendment clarifies that the original request for proposal (RFP) includes a pricing schedule that is a representative sample, not an exhaustive list. The state aims to establish one or more contracts to provide security materials for the "day-to-day, varied needs of the State". Offerors are encouraged to demonstrate their ability to provide a comprehensive range of products within the RFP's scope. The awarded contract will allow for purchasing additional, unlisted items within the original contract's general scope. Any requests to add products or product categories must be formalized through a Contract Amendment, with both parties negotiating in good faith to agree on fair pricing for new items.

1400 W. Washington St, Suite B200
Phoenix, AZ 85007 Solicitation Amendment No.: 1 of
Solicitation No: BPM007155 Available online at APPState.AZ.gov Solicitation Amendment, page 1 of 1
Pursuant to the Information for Offerors, Item 2.6., Solicitation Amendments, the above referenced solicitation shall be amended as follows:
To: All Prospective Offerors
Solicitation No.: BPM007155
Date: October 3, 2025
Subject: Clarification regarding the Scope of Items and Pricing for Security Materials
This amendment is issued to clarify the scope of work and pricing requirements for the above-referenced RFP for Security Materials.
Section/Part of RFP Being Amended: Section 2.2, "SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS" and any related pricing schedules or attachments.
Change/Clarification:
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that the list of items provided in the pricing schedule is intended to be a representative sample and is not exhaustive. The State is seeking to establish one or more contracts to provide Security Materials, and the purpose is to provide for the "day-to-day, varied needs of the State".
Offerors are not limited to providing pricing solely for the items listed in the pricing schedule. Your proposal should demonstrate your ability to provide a comprehensive range of products or services that fall under the scope of this RFP. The awarded contract will allow for the purchase of additional, unlisted items that are within the general scope of the original contract.
Any requests to add products or product categories to the contract must be formalized through a Contract Amendment. Both parties will negotiate in good faith to agree on a fair price for these additional products.
All other terms and conditions of the original RFP, including the requirement to routinely check the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) for amendments, remain unchanged.
Prospective Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their proposal response. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your proposal.
End of Amendment.
